Community Hospice Fundraiser Tickets on Sale Now

Foley, Ala., - Community Hospice is excited to announce tickets are on sale for the 11th Annual Harvest of Hope fundraiser to be held Saturday, April 23, 2016 at the Hotel Magnolia in downtown Foley. This year’s event, themed Beach Bash, will benefit the Community Hospice Charity Care Program. Community members are invited to attend to raise money for this great cause. Tickets are $50 per person (suggested donation) and can be purchased at the Community Hospice office located at 1450 N. McKenzie St. in Foley, or by calling 251-943-5015.

As the only locally-owned, not-for-profit hospice organization headquartered in Baldwin County, Community Hospice proudly serves terminally-ill patients in our community regardless of their ability to pay, through our Charity Care Program. Often, these patients are navigating through their end-of-life journey without health insurance and are unable to qualify for Medicare or Medicaid, and may have lost their private insurance due to their inability to work as their disease progressed. For patients in the Charity Care Program, Community Hospice pays for all hospice care including nursing, home health aide, social and chaplain services, needed medications and medical equipment. All proceeds from the Harvest of Hope will go directly to the Charity Care Program, to assist us in continuing our hospice mission.

Tickets to the 11th Annual Harvest of Hope are $50 per person (suggested donation) and include a wonderful dinner from Cosmo’s Restaurant and Bar, live music from the Flip Flop Boys, and our popular silent and live auctions.
